Duties and Responsibilities
Provide training and post-implementation support to end users
To record the incidents in line with the Helpdesk/Service Agreements
Requirements
Diploma/Degree or professional certification in Accountancy/Business Administration/Information Technology or related field
Candidates with system (e.g. Microsoft FO/BC, Sage Accpac, MYOB, SAP Business One) implementation/end-user experience is a plus
Relevant work experience in support or related field is an advantage
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Possess good analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
Work location: Singapore / Petaling Jaya (Malaysia)
