Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Apps Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and marketing team to discover, assess and evaluate prospects’ challenges/opportunities and suggest an execution plan to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Apps solutions

  • Implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Apps

  • Provide training and post-implementation support to end users

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or email

  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers


  • Diploma/Degree or professional certification in Accountancy/Business Administration/Information Technology or related field

  • Minimum 3 years Dynamics CRM and/or Power Apps or similar business applications implementation experience

  • Possess good analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills

  • Available for overseas travel

  • Work location: Singapore / Petaling Jaya (Malaysia)
