GST InvoiceNow is an extension of Singapore’s InvoiceNow framework designed to automate GST reporting directly to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

IRAS is introducing the GST InvoiceNow Requirement in phases to help GST-registered businesses transition to digital invoice data submission through the InvoiceNow network. The requirement began on 1 November 2025 for newly incorporated companies voluntarily registering for GST and expanded on 1 April 2026 to all new voluntary GST registrants. From 1 April 2028, it will apply to new compulsory GST registrants and existing GST-registered businesses with annual supplies of up to S$200,000. The rollout will continue on 1 April 2029 for businesses with annual supplies of up to S$1 million, 1 April 2030 for those with annual supplies of up to S$4 million, and 1 April 2031 for all remaining GST-registered businesses.​

If you are a GST-registered business in Singapore, you will be required to adopt GST InvoiceNow by your applicable implementation date. Some exclusions apply:

GST-registered businesses that only account for GST under the Reverse Charge regime.

Overseas entities registered under the OVR Pay-only and OVR full regime.
For all other GST-registered businesses, compliance is mandatory on a phased timeline. If you are a new voluntary GST registrant from 1 April 2026 onward, you must be InvoiceNow-ready before completing your GST registration.
Step 1: Connect
MNG integrates GST InvoiceNow natively into your Dynamics 365 Finance or Business Central environment.
Step 2: Configure
We set up your Peppol Access Point connection and register your UEN/Peppol ID in the SG Peppol Directory.
Step 3: Transmit
Invoices are automatically sent via the InvoiceNow network when issued from Dynamics 365.
Step 4: Report
Invoice data is transmitted to IRAS as required, supporting your GST return accuracy.
Step 5: Comply
