1. Setup and configuration
A Setup and Extensions button has been added in the navigation pane for the Business Manager and Accountant role centers. From the list of actions, you can open practically all setup pages, either assisted or manual. You can also open setup pages for service connections and extensions.

2. User Tasks In Dynamics NAV 2018, you can create tasks to remind you of work to be done. You can create tasks for yourself or assign tasks to others.
3. Image Analyzer The powerful image analytics extension can automatically fill in data based on images. This tool is able to detect gender and guess age on Contact Card images apart from detecting the item and colour on Item images.
4. Power BI Integration With this Business Intelligence tool, the Management is able to discover reports by making them visible from their frequently used lists in Dynamics NAV. Power BI allows the user to interact and filter the reports by selecting records from the associated list page.
5. Reporting in Microsoft Excel This new feature helps save time and resources on manual data extraction. You can export Excel reports with data from NAV and publish directly back to NAV from Excel, allowing you to manage your journals with ease. Just one click and it will allow you to get fast insights into your data.
